Prices are displayed in-store and on our website. Rates vary based on the item type, fabric, required treatment, and degree of soiling.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Payment is due upon collection.
Accepted methods: cash, debit card, Bancontact.
Customers must check all pockets and report any existing stains or defects before cleaning. The laundry service is not responsible for any items left in clothing pockets.
Buttons, zippers, buckles, linings, and decorations are protected as much as possible but cannot be guaranteed against damage resulting from the cleaning process.
The laundry service is not responsible for damages caused by missing labels, incorrect labeling, or erroneous washing instructions provided by the manufacturer.
In the event of proven loss or damage, the maximum compensation is strictly limited to five (5) times the cleaning price of the specific item.
Any claims or disputes must be made immediately at the time of collection.
Items are stored free of charge for 30 days. After 90 days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
